Blogmas 6-Born for a reason
Happy Saturday every one of you! hope your day has been good,there is this app called “If 7:14” where everyday and night you pray about others that need it and have some minutes out of your day to spend in his word by praying for others and it is such an amazing idea and thing to have to take your day at 7:14 to pray for those everyone together, strong. But the other day I was on it and I saw this , also a song:
This really stuck to me the song and mostly the lyrics, when you put them into smaller sections and pieces you understand so much more.
“Come, Thou long expected Jesus
Born to set Thy people free.” This is expressing The Jesus, the king, that we expected to come for so long, he was born to set us all free from our sins, God gave his only son for our sins and forgiveness for us from him.
“From our fears and sins release us,
Let us find our rest in Thee.” From the world and the sins we make in it, because we are humans and not perfect, from least to greatest of our sins and worries he will release us from that fear and sin and forgive us when we confess and ask for it.
“Israel’s strength and consolation,
Hope of all the earth Thou art.”
“And you, O Bethlehem in the land of Judah, are not least among the ruling cities of Judah, for a ruler will come from you who will be the shepherd for my people Israel.” Matthew 2:6
Jesus, expected to come soon as the verse says he will be the shepherd, the strength and consolation(comfort), for all the people of Israel.
“Dear desire of every nation,
Joy of every longing heart.”
To the people of everywhere, all nations, all places, everyone,
He is the joy, the only thing that can satisfy the human soul when it thirsts, the answer to your problems, he is that light to every heart that desires and needs, he is the answer to it all, Jesus.
-This, just these words can mean so much! Jesus taking that painful death on the cross for us all, for people, us humans who don’t even deserve it, it would be hard to die for a friend, but he dies for us all. All of us sinners are not perfect but he knew he was called to do so by God. So, thank him for it! I know some times we hold grudges, but why hold a grudge and put people down when you should be put down for what we deserve, BUT Jesus died for us, so we need to forgive those as he forgave us as sinners.
-You are forgiven so don’t hold on to all that we do because we are humans, I know we as humans like to beat our selves up over things we do and sins we made, because the flesh we live in, but HE calls us to give our worries, fears, guilt and everything to him, don’t worry and beat yourself up when he is trying to save you. Don’t keep punching your self in the face, take that help he wants us, actually calls us to give it all to him, you are forgiven, you Child of God!!!!

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
